Hello, we are Debbie & Tom. We live in Fallon Nevada on eleven acres in the country with our four children & fifteen Newfoundlands. For the last 24years we have lived with our wonderful Newfoundlands . Usually we have 2 to 3 litters a year. We breed for good health, size and temperament, but foremost for good health! Our puppies are raised in our home, with lots of love from all of us. Every puppy is an important part of our family before going to their new homes. We try very hard to keep in contact with all of our puppy buyers. We are always available to contact at any time.
We import all of our Breeding Stock to get the best quality. We know that it is an added expense on our part. But the quality & the look is worth the added expense. A full health clearance is done on each pup by our Vet. Mary Minor, you can click here to see more about her VET. CARE All pups are given their first shots, worming & microchip before they go to their new homes. Our pups are raised in our home until they are 5 weeks old, then they go outside into the Puppy Pen which is connected to our Whelping Building, which has heating & cooling depending on the season. We allow visitors to come & see our dogs. But please call to see if we have any puppies at that time. Which it has to be in between litters. The reason for this is that we don't want to take a chance with Parve, Distemper etc. This is the main reason that we post pictures of the pups each week as they are growing. We do this so that the new families can see the new member of their family & see how they are progressing each week. My wife washes the puppies & blow dries them for their photos each week. She also makes a bib for each pup when they go to their new homes. She does allot out of love for the puppies & the dogs that we have. We feel that by providing all of these things you can see that we care allot about our dogs & the puppies that will go to their new homes!
Here are some of the reasons that we think that you will be pleased with getting a puppy from us. We are a fully licensed with the County & the State. You can go to the bottom of this page & click on the copies to enlarge them. Sales Tax on the sale of a pup is about $130 for each pup. Sales tax is included in the purchase price of our pups. The Health Certificate& Microchip is about $100 for each pup. If we have to ship a pup then we have to travel to Sacramento ( a 3 hour drive) to put the pup on a plane. If we deliver the pup then we try to meet the clients half way. There are other expenses not mentioned for operating a kennel.
In the puppy packets that we provide with each pup is a picture of each parent, a picture of the pup, AKC Litter Papers, AKC Certificate ofPedigree (3 generation), copy of the health certificate of the litter from our Vet. We also include our Feeding Instructions, information on Spaying & Neutering, Helpful Newfie hints, &One Year Health Guarantee. Also the Microchip registration may help incase the chances of recovering the puppy if it is lost or stolen.
